Become a XV Team Coach



Each high performing XV team needs a coach.

If you are an experienced coach, and would like to paid to run a XV team, hold them accountable, and build your own coaching practice through referrals, then this may be the opportunity for you. 

We are looking for just 15 coaches in each city to lead a team, and not everyone will get that opportunity. 

We are building something special, and need coaches that match our purpose of 'to promote and perform'.

Our values of integrity, teamwork and accountability underpin how we behave.

We keep the teams strong by shedding the weakest member each year, but only if they haven't met the minimum performance criteria. Too many referral organisations are weak on performance and accountability - not XV.

The cohort of coaches will receive ongoing training, to allow them to perform to the required standard, and drive a high performing team.
