Become an XV Team Coach & Lead High‑Performing Referral Groups

If you are an established business coach who enjoys facilitating strong conversations, holding senior professionals to account, and driving real commercial outcomes, coaching an XV team may be a strong fit. The role strengthens your reputation and supports the growth of your coaching practice through trusted relationships and referrals.

We appoint a limited number of coaches in each city, just fifteen per market, through a selective process.

XV is built around performance. Our purpose is to promote and perform and our values of integrity, teamwork, and accountability underpin every team. Performance standards are reviewed annually to ensure teams remain strong and credible. Coaches receive ongoing development and support to lead high-functioning groups.

Coaches can engage in two ways: facilitating an XV team under a professional engagement model, or, through the 

Business Coaching Playbook (BCP), and participating in the ongoing revenue of that team.
