XV (15) is an exclusive, referral-based business network designed for experienced professionals and business owners. Each team consists of 15 curated members who meet regularly to exchange high-value referrals, share market intelligence, and grow their businesses through trusted relationships.

XV (15) is designed for established business owners, founders, directors, and senior advisors who want to grow through strategic partnerships rather than cold outreach or traditional networking. Members typically already have proven capability and are focused on referral quality, not volume.

Unlike traditional networking groups, XV (15) is highly curated and operates a little differently. XV meets fortnightly instead of weekly, at 9.30am instead of breakfast tme, and caps at 15 members, so no continual search for members and the need to constantly invite visitors

Each XV team is limited to 15 members. This fixed size ensures clarity of roles, protects referral quality, and allows strong working relationships to form without dilution or overlap.

One seat per category means only one member represents each core discipline within a team. This removes internal competition, simplifies referral decisions, and ensures accountability for every introduction made through the group.

Members are selected through a structured application and curation process. Selection is based on experience, reputation, referral mindset, and alignment with the team. Fees alone do not guarantee acceptance.

XV (15) is built around generating high-trust, qualified referrals. While results vary, the model is designed for each member to generate at least $100,000 per year in referral value for other members through disciplined participation and relationship building.

XV (15) teams meet fortnightly during business hours. Meetings follow a structured agenda focused on referrals, strategy, and market intelligence, rather than casual networking.

XV (15) is not a casual drop-in networking group. Because teams are professionally coached and built around serious commercial commitment, prospective members are assessed through a conversation and application process rather than open visits. A visitor will need to be invited by a member, and only 1 visitor is allowed per meeting.
