Why a Waitlist?

XV is limited to only 15 non-competing members per team, and a max of 15 teams per city. This is only 225 members per city with an average population of 1 million people.

The membership category you want in any XV team may be occupied, in which case we will place you on a waitlist for a vacancy.

This is not a guarantee of acceptance, as the team coach will interview you to ensure cultural fit within the respective XV team.
